Charitable Gambling

Over the years, charitable gambling has provided a source of funds for many organization in the community, raising money from selling pull tabs, tip boards and paddle tickets since 1997 at the Mapleton Municipal Liquor Store. These funds have allowed the Mapleton Area Chamber of Commerce of use local dollars for local organizations by putting money back into the community.

snowflake dazzle

Snowflake Dazzle is held annually in Dec. Free horse-drawn trolly rides and business extravaganzas are all part of the fun of Snowflake Dazzle! Vendor fair, photos with Santa, a lighted parade, prizes and so much more!

Are you a business owner in the Maple River Area?

The mission of the Mapleton Area Chamber of Commerce is to lead, inform, advocate and advance business interests for members and to promote a healthy community and growing economy. Chamber members gather for a regular business meeting the second Thursday of the month. If you are a business owner in the Maple River Area or if you are an individual interested in sponsoring and promoting our community, you are encouraged to join the Mapleton Area Chamber of Commerce.

The well youth center

The Well Youth Center in Mapleton is open for young people to drop in and engage in craft projects, help with homework and other events throughout the year, in a positive and fun-loving atmosphere with adult supervision and light snacks.

The building used for the youth center is for sale. If you know of anyone who has rental property and who has a heart for our local youth, please encourage them to contact 507-524-3839.
